About us
We are a team of sustainability experts working to build nature into every home, street, strategy and decision.
Wilder Impact was born from a simple realisation: nature doesn’t need more reports, it needs momentum. Our practice blends sharp strategy, good facilitation and bold creativity to create that momentum.

Belinda Bean
Founder, Director
Belinda is a strategist and facilitator who’s spent almost two decades bringing governments, industries and communities together to deliver nature-positive change.
She’s led collective impact programs, climate and biodiversity strategies, and large-scale engagement processes - designing solutions that live beyond reports and into real-world action.
With a background in sustainability, marketing and behavioural change, she turns complexity into clarity and tension into teamwork.
Her approach is practical, collaborative and occasionally a little wild - because protecting nature shouldn’t feel like paperwork.
Meg San Miguel
